Moved Sync into Settings

We moved the Sync screen into the Settings popup and cleaned up some of the information on the sync screen, so it's now a little bit easier to use.

You'll also notice a new "Filtering Rules" tab on the Sync screen, which has the Hide guest accounts / Hide service accounts functionality, plus a new feature that lets you filter out accounts by domain ✨

We also updated the icons in Settings to match the new style of the other icons in the app.
